We are the first and only organization in this world, who have established “Human Duties Foundation” on 13th DEC 2015 with the object to spread over the sense of responsibilities amongst all section of society, In parallel to different Human Right organization.
We have conceived the concept after extensive research over the behavior and attitude of human being in context of organizations working over the Human Rights world widely and provoking the people to raise their voice loudly for their rights, and found that most of the people seems to be dissatisfied all the time with their achievements even after having lot of amenities, position and wealth.
We believe that the above stated dissatisfaction has been converted into aggression and depression because of one-wordi.e.Human Right as to fight all the time for the human rights is completely contradictory to the law of nature.Therefore, it is the need of our, that we must motivate the human being to workover their obligation towards society and nation at large.
What we do:
We are organizing the different program to make the people aware of their following:
A) Social Obligations: We are trying to spread the awareness among the society by organizing community service projects, support local initiatives, and promote volunteerism to strengthen community bonds and address social issues.
B) Financial Obligations: We provide educational resources and training programs to encourage financial responsibility, ethical business practices, and sustainable economic development.
C) Cultural Obligations: We support cultural preservation and promotion through events, workshops, and collaborations, fostering respect and appreciation for diverse traditions and heritage.
D) Legal Obligations: We advocate for active civic engagement, encouraging individuals to participate in the democratic process, uphold the rule of law, and contribute to good governance.
E) Charity Obligations: We engage in charitable activities, providing support to those in need through donations, fundraising events, and partnerships with other charitable organizations.
The organization has been headed by a board of trustees comprising of two lifetime trustees i.e.
Chairman Trustee: Shri. Rajendra Sachdeva, A renowned Philanthropist, Activist and Educationist. Initially He worked in Income Tax Department for seven Year and left the job; after leaving services, He worked as a financial and taxation consultant. On later stage he formed Consultancy company namely “Sachdeva Millennium Consultancy Services Ltd”. He also established Education Institution namely “Sachdeva Millennium School” one of the popular School of Agra.
Managing Trustee: Mr. Pulkit Sachdeva, He is Pro-Vice Chairman of ‘Sachdeva Millennium School’ and Director of ‘Sachdeva Millennium Consultancy Services Limited’.
Apart from above, three other trustees are co-opted for the tenure of two years. At present the following are the board of trustees:
Mr. Rajendra Sachdeva: Chairman Trustee
Mr. Pulkit Sachdeva: Managing Trustee
Mr. Anoop Lazrus: Co-opted Trustee
Mr. Rajeev Magan: Co-opted Trustee
Mr. Anil Viz: Co-opted Trustee
At present advisory board of 11 (Eleven) members is working as under:
To achieve the object of the organization has formed the following five obligation committee comprising of five members i.e. President, Vice-President and 3 (Three) Members
This committee will complete the work done by the Foundation in the social sector and will also be active towards social concerns as per the country and time conditions. Most of its members will be those who are directly involved in the activities of social, public welfare, medical etc. There has been engagement and on the basis of experiences there is a passion to remain active in future also. It will implement the decisions taken by the Board of Trustees in the context of social sector or social responsibility. Its chairman will be the Chairman of the Foundation, in case of any confusion or taking guidelines, his decision will be final.
This committee will mainly include people with experience in the field of finance and management. It will also be possible to provide place to those people who can play an active role in fund raising for the Foundation. It will implement the decisions taken by the Board of Trustees in the context of economic responsibility and financial sector.
This committee will work to make people aware of their culture, monuments, social festivals, arts, festivals and traditions and to make them aware of their responsibilities. Its work will include participation in social and cultural events and organizing them on behalf of the Foundation itself. Basically, it will implement the decisions taken by the Board of Trustees in the context of responsibility for the cultural sector. Its chairman will be the Chairman of the Foundation, in case of any confusion or taking guidelines, his decision will be final.
We have to make them aware of their responsibilities towards the rules in force under the Act. At the same time, they have to be kept aware about the protection of the constitutional rights they have as citizens. Only experienced people associated with judicial, law and legal consultancy fields should be made its members. It will implement the decisions taken by the Board of Trust with a sense of responsibility towards the legal, institutional arrangements and the Constitution. Its chairman will be the Chairman of the Foundation, in case of any confusion or taking guidelines, his decision will be final.
The main role of this committee will be to motivate people for welfare works. The committee will try to mobilize resources for the welfare projects of the Foundation and will also connect those people who will be eager to support it in welfare/philanthropic works. Through this, efforts will be made to provide accurate information about the Foundation’s projects to those interested.
